The article presents and analyzes the results of a poll of Saint-Petersburg residents on the place of health and sport practices in their lifestyles. The study showed the existence of a number of problems. This includes long-term staying indoors and sedentary lifestyle among residents. The sport is designed to resolve the difficulties of physical development caused by these problems. It is revealed that Saint-Petersburg residents appreciate their health and are committed to its strengthening. The indicators of involvement in sports life correspond to the European average, and even higher.

Farkhad Nazipovich Iliassov. The formula of a progressive tax on the basis of Weber's law. P. 17-25.

The article provides a theoretical basis and offers a simple formula for calculating a progressive income tax on the basis of Weber's law. The formula uses four parameters whose values are set by the legislator: a) the minimum taxable income; b) the minimum tax rate; c) the maximum rate of tax; g) the amount of revenue, after which the tax is not increased. The fifth component - the tax differential threshold is determined empirically. The article provides a comparison of taxes calculated according to the law of the Russian Federation No. 65-FZ and by the proposed formula.

The article analyzes the factors parent families that could conceivably influence the antisocial behavior of children so that they themselves become parents and were deprived of parental rights. The study found that the dominant factor was the influence of the complex social environment.

The article describes the various methods of testing promotional incentives - expert method, the analysis of eye tracking, focus group, and others. Modification of the method of controlled associations - "Stimulus differential", developed by the author for testing advertising, patented in Russia as an invention. Examples the measurement by method of stimulus differential: a) the influence of advertising to the target group; b) the influence photos of leader on potential voters; c) the ability commodity of packaging to be advertising; g) the ability of trade mark to be advertising.
